25:00 | Your Mindful Corner
In a fast-paced city like Hong Kong, we often feel that 24 hours a day simply isn't enough.Have you ever imagined how you would spend an extra hour if every day had a "25th hour"?
Some might use it to catch up with friends; others might choose to rest. But this extra hour shouldn't just be about rushing around. Why not use the 25th hour to carve out your own self-care routine—a moment to slow down, listen to your inner voice, and nurture your mental and physical well-being?
About Us | Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service
